These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through The Dragon Ward, operated by:

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our products

The Dragon Ward creates handcrafted fantasy art, accessories, journals, cases, jewellery, collectibles and other products inspired by the lore of the Dragon Ward.

Each piece is handmade and may therefore contain small variations in colour, texture, shape or detail. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

2. Prices

All prices shown on our website are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before you complete your purchase.

The Dragon Ward reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A purchase agreement is formed when we accept your order and confirm it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example where a product is unexpectedly unavailable, a clear pricing error has occurred, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your payment must be completed before your order is prepared for shipment.

5. Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in our Shipping & Delivery information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs procedures, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including products that are clearly personalised or made to the customer's specifications.

A product being handmade does not by itself remove the customer's statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Statutory guarantee

Our products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee applicable to consumers in the European Union.

This means that a product must conform to the agreement, its description, and the reasonable expectations a customer may have of the product.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, please contact us at keeper@thedragonward.com and describe the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.

The statutory guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the care instructions provided with the product.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with your order or have a complaint, please contact: keeper@thedragonward.com

Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

We will respond to your complaint as soon as reasonably possible and aim to resolve it fairly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you retain any consumer rights available under applicable Dutch and EU law.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, illustrations, text, designs, logos, product designs and other original content published by The Dragon Ward remain the intellectual property of The Dragon Ward or their respective creators.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our artwork, designs, photographs, logos or written content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example because our business or applicable legislation changes.

The version applicable to your purchase is the version available on our website at the time the order is placed.

12. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the country in which a consumer resides.
